For in-stock orders placed by 12pm, we usually ship the same business day. For orders placed after this time, your order will ship the next business day, depending on the availability of the product. If the item you wish to order is backordered, you can still place the order on our web site. Our buyers will work to obtain your backordered items as quickly as possible. Your items will be reserved for you and will ship to you as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. We ship every day Monday through Friday, except public holidays. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We ship using EMS, Lalamove and DHL We also engage other carrier to delivery the goods to you faster and cost effectively.
We do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online. Customers outside of Thailand who wish to purchase our products or parts will need to contact us directly.
We only accept electronic bank transfer. This is to help keep our cost low and to provide you with the best possible pricing. You transfer the amount that is due directly into our account. As soon as the total sum has been received in our account, the goods will be reserved for you and dispatched as soon as possible
Orders & Returns
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been transmitted to the warehouse for shipping.
In the unfortunate event of items damaged or lost during shipping, or the wrong items sent, we will arrange to have the items picked up and new replacements sent at no cost to you. To report damaged, lost, or wrong items, simply contact us via LINE.
You do not need an account to place order.
To see the status of your order, click the My Account link at the top of the page. You will then see a list of all of your orders. To see the status of an order, click on that order.
All of our products are new from the factory. We do not sell used products.
